Speaker:Hello. Welcome back to Val Full
Speaker:Volume, and I'm, of course, Val.
Speaker:I am excited that you are here.
Speaker:There's been so much going on with Bundle
Speaker:Bash, and, it's just
Speaker:really wonderful for all of the
Speaker:the bits and pieces to be strategically
Speaker:in place now versus, you
Speaker:know, I I emailed my list a few days
Speaker:ago and was talking about, you know, there's a
Speaker:reason why I couldn't teach the
Speaker:workshop that I created last summer, optimize and
Speaker:align. So that's coming up. There was a reason why I
Speaker:couldn't teach it back when I worked with my strategy coach and we
Speaker:mapped out, okay, this is when this is happening, this is when this is happening.
Speaker:I mean, we had everything mapped out and I had it
Speaker:created. And there's a big reason why I couldn't
Speaker:deliver it. And it wasn't just
Speaker:it wasn't just the confidence block because
Speaker:yes. That was that was part of it. Is that this was a big deal.
Speaker:It was also because I can look back now and see it
Speaker:was also because I was so
Speaker:scattered with bundle bash that, of
Speaker:course, I could not come and talk about
Speaker:optimize and align when I was not optimized
Speaker:and aligned. Right? You know, I of of course, there
Speaker:was a block for that because my brain's going, hey.
Speaker:We ain't doing this, so why are we gonna go talk to people about
Speaker:it? I'm just like, of course. Of course. So
Speaker:the beautiful thing about bundle bash moving as as
Speaker:it has by the way, I moved to
Speaker:systemsystem.io. I will put the link down
Speaker:in there. And if you do sign up because you
Speaker:wanna move your website, I highly recommend it.
Speaker:After twenty years of exclusively using
Speaker:WordPress, it was a bit of
Speaker:a mind fuck for me. I will
Speaker:admit it because I've been using the same platform for so
Speaker:long that, you know, it's just things work different.
Speaker:Right? So so I'm loving it. I have some templates if you would
Speaker:like. If you sign up with my affiliate link, they're
Speaker:in the show notes, just, you know, hit me up. Let's let's chat.
Speaker:Let's get you let's get you rolling over there right
Speaker:away. Anyways, so that was part of the
Speaker:big move, was was moving
Speaker:everything out of the WordPress. By the way, there was a
Speaker:46 pages in there, and I knew that not everything
Speaker:was going to be moving over because it's past events. You know,
Speaker:those don't need to be moved over. They're they're done and gone, years past.
Speaker:But even pages that I'm going to be bringing back, I
Speaker:was strategically looking at things and going, you know what? This
Speaker:doesn't need to move over right now. This doesn't need to move over right
Speaker:now. This also, I mean, it was just a complete
Speaker:set aside on so much
Speaker:stuff. And it's all going to be coming back
Speaker:in, but I'm being very strategic about it.
Speaker:And I'm not overloading my to do
Speaker:list because nothing gets
Speaker:done when I do that. Not a single thing gets done when
Speaker:I overload my to do list. So
Speaker:let's talk about that. Let's talk about drowning in the
Speaker:to dos because this is something I work
Speaker:with clients. You know, I have, I have just
Speaker:a, accountability email coaching
Speaker:that we can do, just straight accountability
Speaker:email where there's just not really any coaching involved
Speaker:except for I'm gonna show you how you are, like,
Speaker:ridiculous with your to do list
Speaker:and you know, and other options. But I'm always doing the
Speaker:accountability with my clients. And there's a big
Speaker:reason why I'm really good at that. And you were already
Speaker:hearing part of it. Right? The reason I am really good with with this
Speaker:whole accountability and tackling
Speaker:must dos versus to dos
Speaker:is because I constantly have to check-in on
Speaker:this topic constantly. So I
Speaker:have my, my bestie and she and I are accountability buddies
Speaker:and every day, every workday we are posting
Speaker:our must do list. And
Speaker:there are plenty of times when I am looking at it and I'm like, okay,
Speaker:I'm posting this anyways because I'm hold part of the accountability
Speaker:is my mind is saying that all of this is gonna get
Speaker:done today for some reason, so I'm going to post it all in here. And
Speaker:then I'm gonna laugh about it because there's no way in hell I'm getting all
Speaker:of this done. No way. But I'm still gonna post it
Speaker:because, you know, that's that's a big part of the growth for me
Speaker:and realizing when I'm, I'm creating to
Speaker:do lists versus must do lists is
Speaker:recognizing that this is ridiculous.
Speaker:Ridiculous. No way can that get done in the week, let
Speaker:alone a day. So there's a really big
Speaker:reason why I'm damn good at that part
Speaker:is because I can check-in quickly with myself, realize
Speaker:that that's what I'm doing. You know, figure out why am I
Speaker:doing that, ask myself the questions.
Speaker:But my must do list
Speaker:has shrunk because I'm I've moved bundle batch
Speaker:over to the new new host area
Speaker:and not brought
Speaker:everything back at once.
Speaker:So right now, my brain is very focused on, okay,
Speaker:create this funnel from top to
Speaker:bottom. Oh my gosh. Look at it. It's complete.
Speaker:Versus, you know, so much of the stuff in bundle bash, it
Speaker:it got created, but
Speaker:not really finished per se. And I'm I'm using the word
Speaker:finished super air quoting in my head
Speaker:because anything on our websites is never finished. Right? We always are
Speaker:looking back at it, tweak it based
Speaker:on the data we have going and tweaking it, updating
Speaker:it. You know, it's it's fluid. You know,
Speaker:everything in our business is fluid. But
Speaker:so much of my stuff did not have okay. Well, step
Speaker:one, these are the people that I wanna bring in to bring them to step
Speaker:two. It it was often
Speaker:that way when I was talking to people, but it was not
Speaker:a very distinct flow. And
Speaker:now that I don't have all of the stuff
Speaker:and I'm bringing things back piece by piece
Speaker:and redoing them, it feels so
Speaker:tastic. So fantastic. And especially to look at my list and
Speaker:know, you know what? That's getting done today. That list will
Speaker:absolutely get done today. And one of the big things that
Speaker:I have sat and enjoyed
Speaker:with this move that I made was
Speaker:really digging in on, okay, what am I
Speaker:creating? Who am I helping? You know, the
Speaker:meat of it. Right? And, and I knew this stuff. I
Speaker:knew what I wanted to do. I knew who I was helping,
Speaker:but I've dug in deep. I have a new
Speaker:manifesto. I have a mission statement that's
Speaker:updated. I mean, I have just gone all in and
Speaker:especially talking with AI, all in on,
Speaker:okay, how can we dig in deeper? You know, you
Speaker:know, Chatty knows this is what I want to. This is what I am creating,
Speaker:not what I want to create. This is what I'm creating. How can
Speaker:we go deeper? Or how can we go more simple? Because,
Speaker:you know, my year my word of the year is simple. So how can we
Speaker:go more simple? But but how can I take it simple and still go
Speaker:deeper? You know, that's the beauty, I think, of AI is sitting there and
Speaker:chatting with it constantly of just like,
Speaker:okay. This idea, how can we form this, make this
Speaker:steps, you know, let's get the process going. I am
Speaker:every single day brainstorming with it
Speaker:and my message. So as I put the
Speaker:pages together, my message is
Speaker:just blaring. Right? It is just
Speaker:everywhere now versus, back when I was
Speaker:doing my rebranding. I had a wonderful lady that I was working with on the
Speaker:rebranding, and and I always appreciate having people that are
Speaker:new to my business giving
Speaker:me feedback. Because when they go in there and they take a look at it
Speaker:and they're like,
Speaker:so what are you what do you
Speaker:do? Because it's easy for us to
Speaker:look at our business, and we're just like, oh, of course, this has everything that
Speaker:I do. You know? Of course, that message is getting out there.
Speaker:But is it really? Are you being
Speaker:very forward with this is my
Speaker:message? This is why you need to be here. This
Speaker:is why you need my my opt in.
Speaker:This is why you need my course. This is why you need my
Speaker:coaching. You know, really digging in so
Speaker:that your message is throughout everything.
Speaker:And so I
Speaker:have my the information from the branding.
Speaker:All of it did not get put in place, of course, because, you know,
Speaker:as I've talked about, my last nineteen months have
Speaker:been weird and insane and chaotic, and
Speaker:it feels so good to be to be out of that and clarity
Speaker:and focus and creativity again. Oh
Speaker:my gosh. The creativity again is so much
Speaker:fun taking a look at it. And that does have
Speaker:to do with the scaling back because as I
Speaker:scaled back, there's more
Speaker:room and time to take that that
Speaker:lane that I'm working in at one project
Speaker:or two. One project that I'm
Speaker:really just diving head first in,
Speaker:and let's do this. Versus before, there
Speaker:was just so much going on that I was there and I was
Speaker:just like, okay, I'll do this and this and this. And I'm doing pieces all
Speaker:over, which
Speaker:is tough because when do we
Speaker:get to celebrate that something's done? We don't.
Speaker:If we're on on this and this and this and this, there's never
Speaker:that endorphin rush of finishing,
Speaker:of a project being completed.
Speaker:And that leads to productivity issues
Speaker:because we know that there's no end in sight when we are
Speaker:piecing all over the place and like working on this, working on
Speaker:that. So we are going to
Speaker:get super strategic. And I say we because I am
Speaker:I am still working on all of this
Speaker:and making sure that my message is loud and
Speaker:heard and bold and in everything.
Speaker:So I am also
Speaker:taking a look still and okay, if I want to bring
Speaker:this back, how is that going to look? What is that going to look
Speaker:like? How can I tweak my homepage? How can I change this?
Speaker:How can I change that while staying in that lane
Speaker:so that I can get to project completion and the endorphins?
Speaker:And I am getting to project completions now.
Speaker:And I am focusing on how does that
Speaker:feel? Because I want that adrenaline rush.
Speaker:I don't want to just immediately be
Speaker:looking at what's next. I want the adrenaline rush, and I'm
Speaker:gonna sit in that adrenaline rush when I have
Speaker:project completions, because that will help bring
Speaker:more. Right? So
Speaker:optimize and align. I'm here because I'm gonna be talking a little
Speaker:bit about, you know, what are we gonna be doing going forward? I've got
Speaker:three pillars. I'm gonna use the word pillars because I realize
Speaker:I understand. Everybody's saying, oh, we don't do pillars anymore. And I'm like, whatever.
Speaker:I don't even know what word you're gonna use now. I'm gonna use pillars because
Speaker:I just started using pillars. So whatever.
Speaker:It's just words. Right? So I've got
Speaker:new pillars that I'm working on, and this really did start coming into
Speaker:place because of my word of the year simple. So
Speaker:I've got, you know, strategic.
Speaker:I don't have it. I don't have it in front of me, and I'm not
Speaker:gonna go pull it up. I have an acronym for simple. Sorry. I don't have
Speaker:it in my braid right now. I know it's strategic. It's the first
Speaker:one. I know l is leverage. I know e
Speaker:is empowerment. P is productive. I
Speaker:I keep putting implementation in there.
Speaker:M is mindfulness. I I I think it's I think
Speaker:it's implementation, but I'm not a %
Speaker:positive. So bear with me. If you hear me use my simple acronym,
Speaker:the I might be something else, but I know the other ones. Right? So I
Speaker:took that idea of those pillars and went,
Speaker:okay. How can I take those pillars, and now they're part
Speaker:of everything I'm doing? I know for a lot of I know
Speaker:there's a lot of you that might be listening going, yeah. That way, I've been
Speaker:doing this for a long time. Yep. I'm late to the
Speaker:party. I realize I am late to the party, and I don't care.
Speaker:I am embracing the fact that it is now
Speaker:here, and and and it's freeing
Speaker:space in my brain for we have this and this and this,
Speaker:and this is how we're going forward based on my
Speaker:wonderful acronym. So I'm
Speaker:working on this bold business framework and
Speaker:using those acronyms, I am also
Speaker:creating smaller frameworks versus my big,
Speaker:you know, six six pillar framework. I'm working on some of the smaller
Speaker:ones, to help with the collaboration, to get you
Speaker:leveraging your collaborations because we want them
Speaker:monetized. Right? That's our goal is sales. So I've got three
Speaker:pillars that I'm I'm set in place that are going to
Speaker:be the real focus for the next few months, at least. We'll
Speaker:see. But strategic income, we wanna know I
Speaker:want to know where my income is coming from,
Speaker:where you want to know where your income is coming from. And
Speaker:we want to the strategic part about that is we want to
Speaker:continue to grow what's working. So
Speaker:that's the strategic part. If something's working, we
Speaker:want to continue that. We want to see how we can make that
Speaker:work even more. It's
Speaker:like, okay, doing this over here worked. How can I do
Speaker:more of that? Where can I get another collaboration that was similar to
Speaker:that and go? Ready, set, go.
Speaker:And this funnel is converting. I'm gonna use the
Speaker:word funnel. Yep. This funnel is converting
Speaker:when it's in workshop or when it's in events
Speaker:under this topic. Where can I go find other events on that
Speaker:topic that I can submit that funnel?
Speaker:Very strategic. We want to be strategic. We want to be looking
Speaker:for what's working and blow it up. Streamline
Speaker:systems.
Speaker:Your this is one thing that I have been really working on.
Speaker:This was a big mess behind the scenes. And, yes, I've been
Speaker:outsourcing, and it was still a big mess because there were so many pieces all
Speaker:over the place. And I did not have
Speaker:it wasn't it wasn't set up for my brain to begin with because my
Speaker:business partner previously was the one that handled all of that.
Speaker:So it wasn't set up for my brain. It was set up for her brain.
Speaker:Worked wonderfully for that. Wasn't set up for my brain. So I've been taking every
Speaker:piece as it's going back in, and how can I streamline it more? What can
Speaker:I put in place to do more
Speaker:automations or just to keep things organized in
Speaker:one spot?
Speaker:How can I do that more? So we're working on the streamline systems.
Speaker:Collaborative growth, obviously. Obviously, all in on
Speaker:collaborations. I want to take a look. I want to help you take a
Speaker:look at how are you leveraging partnerships
Speaker:versus pretending that you're doing things alone. We're
Speaker:never doing things alone. That there's always support behind us for
Speaker:everything in our business. But
Speaker:specifically, looking for partnerships so that you're not doing
Speaker:marketing alone. You know, how can you do freebie
Speaker:swaps? How what what events can you do? Can you
Speaker:go in on a JV, a joint venture partnership
Speaker:where you are hosting a workshop
Speaker:together? You know, so many
Speaker:different ways that you can you can collaborate. So
Speaker:that's that's the third pillar there is collaborative growth. So those pillars are
Speaker:strategic income, streamlined systems, collaborative growth. That's what we're
Speaker:going to be working on when we're going into the optimize and align sprint.
Speaker:It's a two day sprint. We are gonna sit
Speaker:down, and we are going to do the work. So I will be teaching
Speaker:and mentoring, and you'll be doing
Speaker:at the same time. I know. It's it's gonna be a lot. It's gonna be
Speaker:a sprint. A sprint sprints are energy. It's not gonna be a
Speaker:marathon. Not a marathon. It's gonna be a sprint. So
Speaker:as we're going through that, we're going to be making sure that things are not
Speaker:complicated. We're gonna look at things and make sure that
Speaker:it is simple and that it works for you, not
Speaker:for me. You know, we're not gonna go in there and I'm not I'm
Speaker:not coming into this going, okay. This is what you have to do.
Speaker:Not even. You know? I work with a lot of neuro
Speaker:divergent people, so I know that just because
Speaker:something works for my brain does not mean it works for anybody else. Plus, you
Speaker:know, I got that squirrel brain. So all of
Speaker:our brains are a little bit different. We process things different.
Speaker:We organize things different. And it's
Speaker:important that your business is organized and set
Speaker:up for you so that it's
Speaker:simple for you to go through. So that's what we're going to be doing during
Speaker:the sprint. But before we even hit the sprint, I've got a
Speaker:workshop for you. We are going to do the workshop coming up.
Speaker:Gosh. This is gonna air
Speaker:at the same time that it is going live, but you'll be able to catch
Speaker:the replay. So you can catch it in the show notes. I'm
Speaker:hosting the first module of
Speaker:optimize and align as a free workshop.
Speaker:So it is website makeover party, and we are
Speaker:gonna dig in there. We're gonna get our message straight. We're gonna
Speaker:look at what needs to be changed, and then you're gonna make some
Speaker:changes. And I'm not talking about a whole revamp.
Speaker:I am talking about we're gonna choose one
Speaker:spot that we are going to take to completion.
Speaker:But we're gonna make sure first, module one, we're gonna make
Speaker:sure first that our message is out there, that that this
Speaker:is who we're we are wanting to attract.
Speaker:So definitely jump in on that even if you're, you know,
Speaker:you're probably grabbing the replay right now. But, even if that
Speaker:is just a replay and you can't can't jump in live,
Speaker:I I'm gonna miss you live. But, if you can't
Speaker:jump in live, grab that and get
Speaker:started on taking a look at your website. Is it
Speaker:getting your message out there? Because if it's not getting your message out there, then
Speaker:it's gonna be impossible to make an
Speaker:income because people are gonna come to your website to whatever page they're coming
Speaker:on, and they're gonna be so confused. Like, okay. What are they
Speaker:helping me with? What are we doing?
Speaker:What the hell is this? All of that stuff. All of
Speaker:that stuff. I've had I've had wonderful people, you know, in my
Speaker:community, and we've had we've had really honest conversations. And they're just
Speaker:like, I don't even know what a bundle or a
Speaker:giveaway is. And it's like, oh, yeah. That might be something to talk
Speaker:about for all the newbies. Right? So, I mean, it's it's
Speaker:just about, does your
Speaker:message get out there to people
Speaker:simply, effectively,
Speaker:strategically? Are you putting
Speaker:your best foot forward and showing them what you help
Speaker:them with, how you improve their life?
Speaker:Does that read that way? So join me in the website makeover party.
Speaker:Grab the replay, jump in.
Speaker:Everything is going to be about all of these topics.
Speaker:And the reason that these are so important is
Speaker:collaborations work best
Speaker:when you when it's
Speaker:easy to tell what you do, when you know
Speaker:this is what I do. Because we can
Speaker:jump into any event in any collaboration. Right? But we want it to be
Speaker:productive.
Speaker:Streaming and flowing. It
Speaker:things are streaming and flowing is
Speaker:really, really important as you're going into collaborations.
Speaker:You just want you want those dots connected. Alright. So
Speaker:I am just super
Speaker:excited for everything coming up now. I'm
Speaker:so energized for bundle bash
Speaker:and the future events that are coming
Speaker:up. There's there's just a
Speaker:lot, and I love it, but it's a lot in a positive way.
Speaker:Because, again, I'm just I'm going in a lane, and we're just gonna
Speaker:keep riding that lane so that I can help
Speaker:you use your collaborations to get
Speaker:more sales because that's what it's all about in our businesses. We want more
Speaker:sales. Right? Alright. So I'll talk at
Speaker:you next week. Thanks for being here, and
Speaker:have a great week. Hope it's productive.
Speaker:Talk again soon. Bye.
