Episode 137

Overcoming Overwhelm and Aligning Your Business for Success

Val Selby dives into her personal journey of overcoming overwhelming challenges in her business and life. She opens up about the chaos that ensued after her business partner left, forcing her to take on the work of two people. This led to a period of survival mode, compounded by personal issues including her mother-in-law's terminal illness.

Val shares her candid experience of trying to juggle too many roles, which ultimately resulted in burnout and a realization that she needed to re-strategize her business operations. She emphasizes the importance of focusing on optimizing and realigning one's business with personal goals and skills, rather than constantly adding new tasks to the workload.

Val introduces her upcoming program, "Optimize and Align," which is inspired by these lessons. Through this workshop, she aims to help others find clarity and streamline their business efforts. Val stresses the need to repurpose existing work instead of continuously creating new content without a clear strategy.

By sharing her plans to launch the workshop live in March, Val encourages listeners to mark their calendars and join her in the journey towards aligning their businesses with their true passions.

Ultimately, this episode is a heartfelt call to action for listeners to re-evaluate their business strategies and focus on what truly matters, while providing a glimpse of the support Val intends to offer through her new program.

Speaker:

Hey. It's time to crank up the truth. I'm Val Selby, and over the

Speaker:

decades of working online, I've learned a most important lesson.

Speaker:

Mindset owns your business.

Speaker:

If procrastination, imposter syndrome, and a lack of focus have been blocking

Speaker:

your biz, then I'm here with Valvoline, ready to help you

Speaker:

see the choices that you're making. Get ready to own your

Speaker:

personality and use your expertise to create the business of

Speaker:

your dreams. Now is the time to make changes

Speaker:

and live your best life. So let's

Speaker:

get to it. Alright.

Speaker:

Welcome. Welcome to Vowel Full volume.

Speaker:

Oh my gosh.

Speaker:

It's one of those days that it's tough to, hit

Speaker:

hit the record button. Okay? So

Speaker:

this could be a long one. You might wanna grab a drink,

Speaker:

whatever that drink is. Maybe you're gonna need the energy, so you're gonna need to

Speaker:

go make yourself a third coffee even though you have set a limit

Speaker:

for yourself of one. No.

Speaker:

This is not me having a third coffee. No. Definitely

Speaker:

not. Don't tell my husband. So when

Speaker:

I'm not sleeping tonight, we all know

Speaker:

why I'm not gonna be sleeping tonight.

Speaker:

So I have an

Speaker:

awesome new program that is coming out, and I'm going to start

Speaker:

talking about it. I'm gonna do, like, this whole marketing thing.

Speaker:

I'm going to lead into what this

Speaker:

is.

Speaker:

And gosh. Oh my gosh. Okay.

Speaker:

So I sat here, and

Speaker:

I I've been working up a storm with with,

Speaker:

AI and having conversations with it.

Speaker:

I, with a coach, sat down this

Speaker:

summer. Gosh. It no. It was last spring,

Speaker:

summer for a few months, and she and I

Speaker:

mapped out so much stuff. Oh my gosh.

Speaker:

She pulled so much of what I wanted out

Speaker:

of me. And, the only reason I'm bringing this up right now is

Speaker:

because this is the program. It's it's

Speaker:

taken me all of these months

Speaker:

to get it together and and be stepping forward

Speaker:

with it. And so that's the conversation that I wanna have.

Speaker:

So I was sitting with AI. I know you're probably going,

Speaker:

what the fuck? And, hopefully, you're still here.

Speaker:

I was sitting with AI, and I'm like, okay. Let's start the

Speaker:

marketing. Let's get the planning. Let's do this. You know? I I

Speaker:

have full on conversations with with my chat GPT. I

Speaker:

don't I don't know how you work with it, but for me, it is my

Speaker:

brainstorming partner and having full on conversations. So I'm like,

Speaker:

okay. This is what needs to happen. This is what I want to happen. You

Speaker:

know? Create me some podcast

Speaker:

episodes with, you know, some some

Speaker:

outlines. And, if you have

Speaker:

listened for a while, you know I hate that. I I do not

Speaker:

I barely make notes. If I make, like, three notes

Speaker:

on a piece of paper about stuff that I wanna make sure that

Speaker:

my squirrel brain doesn't forget to tell you,

Speaker:

then I I'm still looking at it going, oh, oh, okay. I forgot. I

Speaker:

gotta talk about these. Because I just I just like to come on here and

Speaker:

talk. So I feel super fucking

Speaker:

called out on these, outlines

Speaker:

that AI created for me because

Speaker:

the reason I created this upcoming workshop is

Speaker:

for for the reasons that I've created so much other stuff.

Speaker:

It's the shit that I wish I had had

Speaker:

before. And this is why working

Speaker:

with a coach is so fabulous because it's the shit that I didn't

Speaker:

even know was in my head of what I needed

Speaker:

and the way that I was putting things in place for myself.

Speaker:

The beauty of a

Speaker:

amazing coach

Speaker:

is is them pulling this stuff out, and then you can

Speaker:

look at it and go, who the hell created this? And all of a sudden,

Speaker:

it's like, wow. I did. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. And

Speaker:

that's what I want for you. So we're gonna get

Speaker:

there. I'm going to tell you more about it. Not this

Speaker:

week because I don't have the sign up forms yet for

Speaker:

you to, you know, get on the wait list for the

Speaker:

information. That'll be coming next week. I promise.

Speaker:

But

Speaker:

so so I don't do teasers very well. So why am I even

Speaker:

pretending and trying? So the upcoming

Speaker:

sprint is called optimizing the line. And

Speaker:

this is coming about, and this is where I'm feeling super called out because

Speaker:

here's my little notes that I'm looking at. And AI is

Speaker:

telling me, share a personal story or a client example of someone working hard, but

Speaker:

not seeing the growth they expected.

Speaker:

I'm going in. I am going to explain to you how

Speaker:

optimized and aligned has come to be, why

Speaker:

I don't know if I'll get into the why it didn't get released,

Speaker:

with the dates. We'll we'll see because this is a this is a

Speaker:

journey, and it's quite a long journey. And, I love how

Speaker:

AI says that I'm supposed to do this for two to three minutes. So

Speaker:

please. Two to three minutes. You are hilarious.

Speaker:

You are hilarious. No. I've got this personal story to share, and it's freaking

Speaker:

me the hell out because I know that I know it needs to

Speaker:

be shared because I know that this is the reason Optimize and Align is coming

Speaker:

out. And this is the reason why after putting so much work into

Speaker:

it and having it sit on my computer,

Speaker:

why now is the time? So let's take it back. Let's take

Speaker:

it back. So, I don't know if you

Speaker:

know. I originally had a partner when I created bundle

Speaker:

bash, and and it wouldn't have gotten created if

Speaker:

that partner and I hadn't worked together. I was

Speaker:

aware. I was highly aware. I think I've talked about it before in an episode,

Speaker:

but I was aware that, you know, I couldn't do an

Speaker:

online event

Speaker:

event business by myself. I just couldn't. I couldn't add it

Speaker:

on top of what I was doing. So when that came to be and I

Speaker:

did it with a partner, that was perfect.

Speaker:

That partner

Speaker:

left almost two years ago now. So it'd be

Speaker:

two I guess it's a year and a half. I don't know. It it'll be

Speaker:

it'll be two years this spring. You know? Here we are in February. So two

Speaker:

years two years sometime this spring. And and it

Speaker:

was it was immediate.

Speaker:

It was a I can't today or I can't

Speaker:

tomorrow kinda thing. So all good. Okay. That had to

Speaker:

happen. My life went to shit after that.

Speaker:

It really did. I'm

Speaker:

the the fact that I can talk about it now, this is why

Speaker:

I'm going to be bringing Optimize and the Line out. It's the fact that

Speaker:

I can talk about it now. The fact that I don't feel like I'm gonna

Speaker:

just fucking cry my eyes out over all of

Speaker:

the stuff that I have gone through and all of the growth

Speaker:

that I have been forced through in the last two

Speaker:

years means that I am in a position

Speaker:

oh, I'm feeling it too. I am in a position now to help

Speaker:

you get through and optimize and

Speaker:

align your business as well. So

Speaker:

that happened. Business partner left,

Speaker:

which meant that I was the business.

Speaker:

So what did I do? Of course. I took on both

Speaker:

sides. I'm like, oh, this is the plan.

Speaker:

This is the plan that we had. So I will now do everything. So

Speaker:

I closed my coaching website down and all in a

Speaker:

bundle bash. That's fantastic.

Speaker:

That was not a wrong decision. That was fantastic.

Speaker:

However, what I did was I took on the role of

Speaker:

two people, and I was already doing the role

Speaker:

of one people. But this was the

Speaker:

plan. This was what was set in place. This is what I will follow

Speaker:

through on because this was what was decided.

Speaker:

This was what was decided by two people when two

Speaker:

people were working it, when there was the expertise of two

Speaker:

different people brought in. This is the

Speaker:

beauty of looking backwards, you guys. The beauty of looking backwards.

Speaker:

Because now I'm going, holy crap. What in the

Speaker:

world was wrong with me? Now I know what

Speaker:

was wrong with me. Not a couple of weeks after

Speaker:

after getting that news, and I

Speaker:

was going through all of the process of of splitting up the company,

Speaker:

getting all the illegal stuff in place.

Speaker:

My mother-in-law was diagnosed with terminal

Speaker:

brain cancer. And so then it was

Speaker:

just survival mode from there and

Speaker:

constant survival mode. Meanwhile, I'm still trying to

Speaker:

do all of the things exactly the way that they were originally

Speaker:

set in place. No concept, not even a thought

Speaker:

of is this the way that it should be or not? Do I need to

Speaker:

make any changes? There was no room

Speaker:

for thinking of change.

Speaker:

All I could do was be in survival mode.

Speaker:

And since that spring, I have

Speaker:

been in extreme survival mode.

Speaker:

I got really sick, made myself really sick,

Speaker:

had some very personal issues, come up that I

Speaker:

am not ready to talk about yet, but I know that they

Speaker:

will be coming out. I will be part of the conversation.

Speaker:

But at no

Speaker:

point did I take a look at okay.

Speaker:

Is this the way the best way for

Speaker:

me to be running this business? All I did was

Speaker:

constantly try and figure out, okay, I'm already doing this. How can I

Speaker:

continue to do this? Versus sitting down and trying

Speaker:

to streamline, trying to figure out,

Speaker:

okay, which parts are the things

Speaker:

that must stay because I have to do

Speaker:

them. I I want to do them so much that it's

Speaker:

a have to do. What things need to stay

Speaker:

and what things need to be tabled and are

Speaker:

not are just not right now.

Speaker:

So needless to say, I ran my business and

Speaker:

myself into the ground. Absolutely into the ground

Speaker:

because doing all of the things mean I meant I wasn't fucking

Speaker:

doing anything. I was spinning in circles

Speaker:

because it was every single day was behind and this wasn't getting

Speaker:

done and this wasn't getting done and just beating myself up because holy

Speaker:

crap, you are working so hard, and

Speaker:

yet everything is falling apart continually,

Speaker:

every day falling apart. Are you getting why I'm gonna I'm telling

Speaker:

you this story right now. Are you feeling

Speaker:

it? If you're feeling it, baby, I hear you. I'm sorry

Speaker:

you're in it. I am coming

Speaker:

out the other side, and I'm here with a big hug. Okay?

Speaker:

I'm also here with the wake up call that you

Speaker:

might need. It might be time for a wake up call. You

Speaker:

know? A a lot of the

Speaker:

I don't have people typically

Speaker:

that do the wake up calls. I don't know if it's just my personality or

Speaker:

what. That's just gonna go into a whole another thing. I

Speaker:

don't have the tough love people

Speaker:

in my life. Maybe and and it could just be

Speaker:

because I'm not usually the the tough kinda love, person.

Speaker:

So maybe that's just why. I'm looking for the the balance. I don't know.

Speaker:

But there comes a time when you have to do tough love.

Speaker:

I end up doing the tough love to myself,

Speaker:

and I can look back through all of all of

Speaker:

my adult years that I can think of.

Speaker:

And and that's the case. It's like I get to a point where I can't

Speaker:

stand to hear myself talk about a certain issue or

Speaker:

complaint anymore, and that's when shit gets done.

Speaker:

And I know that I was partially in that when I started when I when

Speaker:

I found Beatty to work with and create

Speaker:

my, my first of two programs.

Speaker:

When I when I got with her to to do that, and and that

Speaker:

was amazing, and she was amazing.

Speaker:

There's there's no coach on the planet that can make

Speaker:

you do stuff. So while I had everything in place and set goals,

Speaker:

I didn't follow through. And and I

Speaker:

I know why I didn't follow through. And

Speaker:

and I'm just I'm gonna be okay with that.

Speaker:

I'm gonna be okay with the fact that the reason I didn't follow through was

Speaker:

because it wasn't the right time and I couldn't deliver it in the way that

Speaker:

it needs to get delivered. And here it is going to

Speaker:

happen now in March. March '20 second and

Speaker:

'20 third. As a matter of fact, yes, a Saturday and Sunday. So mark those

Speaker:

dates because those are gonna be important dates. We're gonna do it live.

Speaker:

So I got into

Speaker:

full hustle mode, and I didn't get into full hustle mode

Speaker:

because

Speaker:

because I really I I didn't go into hustle mode knowing I was

Speaker:

going into hustle mode. You know, for for part of the

Speaker:

hustle mode, I went into hustle mode for

Speaker:

a distraction. You know, dealing dealing with

Speaker:

losing my my mother-in-law. Absolutely pour myself into

Speaker:

work, but it but it wasn't even pour myself into work.

Speaker:

So it was busy work at that

Speaker:

point because that's all my brain could do for so long was the busy work,

Speaker:

the the odds and ends, the connections, the things that

Speaker:

typically we would be saying, you know what? Could somebody

Speaker:

else do this? Those were a lot of the things that I was doing.

Speaker:

And and I understand it's because I was going through trauma,

Speaker:

and that's what my brain could

Speaker:

take on at that time. Right? Creation

Speaker:

didn't happen. In fact, when I got to the point where

Speaker:

I actually was craving and enjoying creativity

Speaker:

was amazing. And just this weekend,

Speaker:

I finally, after I don't even know how many years, sat down

Speaker:

with my craft shit, and I got

Speaker:

crafty with my hands all day creating paper crafts,

Speaker:

creating a junk journal as a matter of fact.

Speaker:

And it had been so long

Speaker:

since I had just sat there and not thought and just

Speaker:

created something with my hands that it took a long time. It took me

Speaker:

quite a while to get in there because hustle mode was, oh my god. Why

Speaker:

is this not done? Instead of enjoying the

Speaker:

process of creating for the art of creating, my

Speaker:

brain took hours. You know? I did this

Speaker:

all day. I it took hours for

Speaker:

it to turn off and

Speaker:

stop going, holy crap. This is taking forever.

Speaker:

We should be done by now. Why is this taking so long? And

Speaker:

I say that specific example because I've

Speaker:

shared this with members before, clients clients before. My

Speaker:

brain does the same thing with sales pages. My brain is just like,

Speaker:

oh my god. We had the idea. We knew that this needed to happen. Why

Speaker:

is it longer than fifteen minutes? And I

Speaker:

have to purposely sit down and and write out, okay.

Speaker:

We're not doing anything else today. That's it. Just the sales

Speaker:

page. Just the sales page. Because my brain will click to that at

Speaker:

times. My brain will be like, nope. Nope. Nope. We have so much to

Speaker:

get done. We have to move on. If if we have to

Speaker:

move on. So we can't do it today. Right? So then it doesn't get done.

Speaker:

And then it gets pushed off because the next day, same

Speaker:

thing. Whole long list. Well, can't get it done

Speaker:

today, so push it to tomorrow.

Speaker:

And when you take a look at it, it's like, okay. What's

Speaker:

what is actually gonna move my business forward? Is

Speaker:

it all of this stuff that I'm telling myself

Speaker:

that needs to get done?

Speaker:

Or is it actually getting my stuff

Speaker:

out there?

Speaker:

So one of the obvious main things that, you know, when I when

Speaker:

I first looked at this little outline that it was is telling me I mean,

Speaker:

it immediately popped into my head that I was

Speaker:

so silly. I did not even recognize that

Speaker:

there was no way in the world that I could take on the job of

Speaker:

two people. Why couldn't I? I don't

Speaker:

even what? What do you mean I can't take on the job of two people?

Speaker:

And even as I was say I even as I spent

Speaker:

all of those months trying

Speaker:

to do both and failing miserably because,

Speaker:

you know, we we had very distinct splits on

Speaker:

on who was taking care of what in the business. And

Speaker:

it like I said, it left a lot of stuff that wasn't even

Speaker:

done. Like, half not even half assed. It was just like,

Speaker:

wow. And so it was just in recent

Speaker:

months as the clarity has started coming out,

Speaker:

as I'm sitting there going, okay.

Speaker:

What do I want to create? And all of this, I

Speaker:

mean, in my own head. I've I've

Speaker:

followed some workshops. We just got done with the spiritual entrepreneur

Speaker:

expo. So I've had, you know, conversations

Speaker:

within that. And and working through all of all

Speaker:

of that piece by piece every day, I'm constantly

Speaker:

now looking at it and going, okay. What do I want to create? How can

Speaker:

I get it there? What do I need to

Speaker:

start putting in place? Instead of

Speaker:

thinking about just tomorrow,

Speaker:

what do I need to be putting in place?

Speaker:

This is a big reason why the biz accelerator hub

Speaker:

may I made the changes in that. You know? Every month, we are

Speaker:

doing a challenge that we are taking a look

Speaker:

at a piece of our business,

Speaker:

and we are either creating something brand new or they

Speaker:

are reviewing something that they already have in place and how they

Speaker:

can make it better. Distinct pieces. Right?

Speaker:

Like, it's February. This month, we are doing,

Speaker:

email sequences. So we're we're going through that.

Speaker:

Each little piece needs to be

Speaker:

optimized and work better for me.

Speaker:

Instead of working every single day,

Speaker:

I send out so many emails. So many

Speaker:

emails. And guess what? Those emails get sent, and it's

Speaker:

similar to social media. It gets sent, and then it's

Speaker:

off into the world, never to be seen again.

Speaker:

That is not a good strategy. It really

Speaker:

isn't a good strategy because how can that piece be

Speaker:

reused? What can what could I be doing with that

Speaker:

information, that knowledge, the nuggets that I

Speaker:

shared? How could that be used?

Speaker:

And I don't even know because I've been in trauma

Speaker:

mode, overwhelmed

Speaker:

for so long that just stopping and breathing

Speaker:

and looking at the ways

Speaker:

that I can optimize

Speaker:

what I have instead

Speaker:

of adding more and adding more and adding more?

Speaker:

What can I do to take what I have

Speaker:

and make it better? I've been using the

Speaker:

word leveling up or up leveling for

Speaker:

at at least a year at least a year. Now I

Speaker:

can't now the word just annoys me because it's

Speaker:

like, a, I grabbed a hold of it and everybody's using it now. I was

Speaker:

like, But that is what I've been

Speaker:

looking at. It's like, okay. I have this.

Speaker:

This is what I know my people, my community need.

Speaker:

How can I level it up? How can I make it

Speaker:

even more of a hell yeah? That's what

Speaker:

optimization and alignment

Speaker:

means to me, is taking

Speaker:

what I have because I know

Speaker:

that is needed. I know collaboration is

Speaker:

what I am here to help with. I know

Speaker:

connecting other people is what I'm here to help with. So how can I

Speaker:

take the pieces and either rip and tear and throw them away

Speaker:

or tweak and make some

Speaker:

changes and level it up?

Speaker:

So the beautiful thing is that most of what on was on my

Speaker:

outline is already been said. I'm, like, scanning through it going, going, yeah. I already

Speaker:

talked about that. Yeah. I already talked about that. This is why I don't need

Speaker:

an outline. This is why I don't

Speaker:

need an outline. I'm already talking about all this stuff.

Speaker:

So the big deal is okay. So we're gonna optimize

Speaker:

our stuff. We're gonna stop creating

Speaker:

constantly over and over and over again and not

Speaker:

repurposing, not not

Speaker:

using that info. Like, if we created

Speaker:

an email or, you know, the podcast, I will take this podcast

Speaker:

for a big example. I do not optimize this podcast

Speaker:

even close to enough. I'm working on it.

Speaker:

But there's so many pieces, and it's just like, okay.

Speaker:

Which piece do I want to run with? Which piece

Speaker:

is going to,

Speaker:

help my ideal people, my ideal clients?

Speaker:

And which pieces are not? Which pieces need to go?

Speaker:

Because I want I want the room. I don't wanna be

Speaker:

overwhelmed anymore. I want the room for okay.

Speaker:

I've got this. This is what needs to be talked about right

Speaker:

this minute, and I wanna blow it up. I

Speaker:

want it to go huge. I want to share it. I

Speaker:

want everyone to hear it and see

Speaker:

it, and I wanted to help them.

Speaker:

You know, how do I make that happen?

Speaker:

That's what we're going to be working with and optimizing the line. We're

Speaker:

going to be working on those things that

Speaker:

you've got to get out there and get

Speaker:

you more focused on what needs to go out

Speaker:

there. Get you more focused on the

Speaker:

scary stuff that has to be shared.

Speaker:

Now I know it's scary. I'm using the word scary because like I

Speaker:

said, it was hard for me to get on here to hit

Speaker:

record. Okay. It was easy for me to sit down and

Speaker:

and get on here and open all of the stuff. It was hard for

Speaker:

me to hit record. You know why? Because it's fucking uncomfortable.

Speaker:

When it is something that lights you

Speaker:

up, when it is something that you

Speaker:

really want to help people with and share,

Speaker:

it puts you in a vulnerable spot.

Speaker:

And that's why it's scary because

Speaker:

you're so attached to it. And I say attached in a

Speaker:

really good way because I want you attached

Speaker:

to what you need to get out there. I do want you

Speaker:

attached to it. I do want you

Speaker:

attached to outcomes. That's a whole another story

Speaker:

too, because I was told that I should be unattached to people actually going through

Speaker:

my stuff. I've been told that by multiple people. Bullshit.

Speaker:

Absolutely bullshit. That's what's led me

Speaker:

to the overwhelm is not being

Speaker:

attached because I just create more. I just create more, more and more and more.

Speaker:

Bring more people in. No. I'm attached. I'm attached to outcomes.

Speaker:

I'm attached to outcomes for myself,

Speaker:

and I put that stuff out there to help others.

Speaker:

And I am attached to helping you succeed

Speaker:

because I put this stuff out there. You know, I'm not just

Speaker:

I'm not just sitting there and going, floo, here, take this. I

Speaker:

have. There have been times when I've done that, when I haven't

Speaker:

had clarity, when I'm not working in

Speaker:

alignment, when I'm just like, hey. I

Speaker:

wanna be in that event. Let's create a product over there. So

Speaker:

done that in the past. No. It's not fun. That just adds more

Speaker:

stuff. Just more stuff. So I want you

Speaker:

to be looking at, you know,

Speaker:

what what is lighting you up

Speaker:

and what isn't? What is feeling like,

Speaker:

okay. This is how I want to move forward,

Speaker:

and maybe you just don't quite know how to do it yet. What

Speaker:

is working? All

Speaker:

of that stuff. The

Speaker:

goal is to be building a more strategic

Speaker:

income, not just to try this, try this, try

Speaker:

this, try this, try this zero data because there's just so many

Speaker:

things tried that you have no idea what's working on out.

Speaker:

I say that from experience. If you're throwing

Speaker:

spaghetti at the wall five times a day, you don't know what's

Speaker:

working. There's just no way to

Speaker:

track what is actually working.

Speaker:

So strategic income. We want to

Speaker:

be working towards a goal. Yes.

Speaker:

But we want to be working towards

Speaker:

a longer I'm trying to work this out in my head right now.

Speaker:

Words. I I'm processing. I'm processing. Sorry.

Speaker:

Yes. We want to be working towards a strategic income.

Speaker:

And that will happen when you start working

Speaker:

towards which you actually are the

Speaker:

expert in and own it,

Speaker:

step up, take the next step,

Speaker:

and be implementing in that direction

Speaker:

of your strategy that you're gonna create.

Speaker:

When you are creating an offer suite

Speaker:

that's naturally progressing

Speaker:

people to their next steps as well.

Speaker:

See this? So I had to say the whole story is right.

Speaker:

Because this has been my thing. I have been

Speaker:

for the last six months, I've been afraid to take the next

Speaker:

step. Been afraid to get this workshop out.

Speaker:

I've just been I've I've been

Speaker:

I've been just been. I have I've

Speaker:

slowly been coming out of the trauma and

Speaker:

the experiences that put me there

Speaker:

and really learning to focus

Speaker:

on, okay, what do I

Speaker:

want to do more of?

Speaker:

Where do I want to show up more?

Speaker:

Because when we show up more, that's where we're going to find our

Speaker:

people. Okay. So let's not keep

Speaker:

going.

Speaker:

I have the workshop of the optimizing align sprint. It's

Speaker:

going to be launching very, very soon.

Speaker:

The next the next, podcast will will have a

Speaker:

link for you to get on the wait list. I'll update

Speaker:

this post as well, this episode as well. But but next week

Speaker:

for sure, I'm a have another topic about,

Speaker:

you know, in this theme. And

Speaker:

because I'm trying to do this whole, like, supermarkety thingy.

Speaker:

You know? Let's give that a try. Let's let's get focused.

Speaker:

Right? Let's get focused. So you're you're gonna watch

Speaker:

me do more focus as well. Anyways, so

Speaker:

I will have the link for the wait list in next week's episode.

Speaker:

I will have more information. It will be the wait list for

Speaker:

you to join me. We're gonna do module one live. But

Speaker:

if you are looking to get your business

Speaker:

more optimized and aligned with you

Speaker:

and your goals. You're gonna wanna mark off

Speaker:

the calendar for all day, March twenty

Speaker:

second and March 23. Pretend

Speaker:

it is an in person conference. Mark it

Speaker:

off. Make your meals ahead of

Speaker:

time. Tell the dogs they're gonna have to take care of

Speaker:

themselves. Get a sitter for the babies. Any

Speaker:

of that, and you're gonna wanna join me live. And I promise I'm gonna have

Speaker:

much more information coming out really, really

Speaker:

soon. And

Speaker:

I wanna leave you with this because right now, if you sat through this,

Speaker:

you are probably in overwhelm mode

Speaker:

because I was talking right to you. Right?

Speaker:

You're in overwhelm mode. You are

Speaker:

not even throwing spaghetti at the wall. You might be just,

Speaker:

like, spinning in circles. Ugh. I do

Speaker:

that so well. Spin in circles. There's so much to do. So I will

Speaker:

just I will just stand here and spin.

Speaker:

I just won't put it on my to do list anymore because then I don't

Speaker:

have to look at it even though it's still stuck in my brain. Right?

Speaker:

And if you are looking for the things,

Speaker:

trying to figure out what is my next step,

Speaker:

I hear you. Hit me up. Hit me up at one of the

Speaker:

groups. Got the free groups both going. You can jump into those, but you

Speaker:

can hit me up at any time. You know, just email

Speaker:

me, Val@bundlebash.com, and let's

Speaker:

have a chat. You're not alone. You're not

Speaker:

alone. Take a deep breath.

Speaker:

Simplify your list. Take a look at

Speaker:

it and simplify your list, which just

Speaker:

happens to be part of the conversation for next week

Speaker:

of simplifying. Big part of my life this week or this

Speaker:

year. Simple is my word this year.

Speaker:

Alright. Thanks. I appreciate you being here so much,

Speaker:

and

Speaker:

let's go get shit done. Let's go

Speaker:

connect with people. Alright? I'll talk to you next

Speaker:

week.
